Ensuring reliability is one of the most important issues in creation and operation any technical system. This especially for complex systems, such as power supply systems with internal external connections consisting many elements. The task ensuring includes a whole set technical, economic organizational measures aimed at reducing damage caused by violations normal mode electricity consumers. To obtain information about elements it necessary to study fairly large number identical over long period time. In real conditions an industrial enterprise, this creates certain difficulties, so possible conduct accelerated test using mathematical modeling [3].
 article discusses some ways solve main problem theory - building model obtaining criteria selecting optimal options systems. paper, materials calculating apparatus probability are presented.
